Here are some of the pages I've been working on recently in my art journal. While we were on vacation, my daughter and I did a bunch of collage making. On the left side page below, you can see her drawing of a dog made it into my book.
We prepped a lot of the pages before we left by spraying with spray inks through stencils. Daria loves spraying with the inks. I love the Ranger Dylusions spray inks
, but we also have made our own by pouring liquid watercolor paint into empty spray bottles and diluting with water.
Here's a picture of Daria using the spray inks on top of leaves. Her fingers are not quite strong enough to spray consistently... I think a child a little older would be able to do it easily.
