The top page was made for the Artists in Blogland Color this Quote challenge. You can see at the bottom of my tutorial post how this background looked before I added all the extras.
Here is another completed art journal page BEFORE and AFTER.
The BEFORE was shown in my crayon transfer tutorial.
And here is the AFTER. I added some collage, more paint and some pen work.
Sharing with Glue It Tuesday.

This is seriously cool! ...and fun. ...and artistic. ...and... I could go on and on with the list ;)
As you can see, I really like this. I'm glad I found your blog - will follow :)

Wow, this turned out really cool! I don't think I've done a crayon image transfer...I'll have to give it a try : )

Love the whimsicalness of the second one but that first one, wow. It reminds me of looking through water at a river bed below. Lots of abstract shaped objects to keep the eye busy.

Hi there. I came over from Aimee's as I had to see what Glue It Tuesday is all about. I love the quote you chose to use on your first journal page.
Peace,
Kay
That is real fun! Thanks for sharing.
don't think I've heard of crayon transfer before. It looks great! And I like how you put a bit of color down before you wrote your quote. Great Idea! {:-Deb
