More mini-collages

These two mini collages were so much fun to make!  One of these is index card sized, for Daisy Yellow's challenge.  The other is just a mini collage in a square shape.

"Falling"

"Hit Your Target"

I have been really inspired by The Collage Workbook: How to Get Started and Stay Inspired lately.  It is a super good book and I highly recommend it.

Love these collages, Marcia! I especially like the second one. It looks like the photo of the young man is an image transfer...which method did you use? I will also need to check out the book you mentioned!

Thank you! So the Collage Workbook had the technique of printing images on tracing paper.... and I misread it and thought, "perfect! I have *tissue paper* and will do that." They printed just fine on the tissue paper, but as I was gluing it down with matte medium, the tissue paper started ripping. (You can see that in the man in the second collage.) So I went back to the book to see if I was doing something wrong and saw that he actually used TRACING paper. So, for my next collages I used tracing paper. Both work, just the tissue paper is super fragile.
